Refund Policy
1) Scope
This policy covers purchases made directly from Atlas & Path, including digital travel guides and any printed materials we may offer. If you bought from a third‑party marketplace or retailer, their policy applies.
2) Digital items (downloads)
- General: Digital items are typically delivered immediately after payment.
- EU/UK consumer rights: You may have a 14‑day right to cancel. If you request or start the download before 14 days and acknowledge that this waives your withdrawal right, the right to cancel is lost once the download begins.
- Refund eligibility: We will consider refunds within 14 days for duplicate purchases, accidental multiple charges, or confirmed technical issues preventing access after reasonable troubleshooting.
3) Printed items (if offered)
- Damaged or incorrect: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of damage or the incorrect item. We will replace or refund.
- Change of mind: Unused items in original condition may be returnable within 14 days; you are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4) Pre‑orders
You may cancel a pre‑order any time before the digital download starts or before we dispatch a printed item. Once a download has begun (with your consent) or a printed item ships, standard digital/printed terms apply.
5) How to request a refund

- Include order ID, date, item name, and a brief description of the issue.
- For printed items, include clear photos showing damage or error.
We may request additional information to verify the transaction and diagnose technical problems.
6) Processing times and method
- Review window: We aim to respond within 3 business days.
- Refund timing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank/card provider may take additional time.
7) Non‑refundable situations
- Change of mind after successful digital download where the statutory withdrawal right was waived.
- Excessive or repeated refund requests showing misuse.
- Items clearly described as non‑refundable at checkout (where permitted by law).
8) Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us first so we can investigate and resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
